Apart from that, a group of people can think a lot of good ideas if somethings are happened. For example, your company need to design a advertisement due to your clients needed. If only you think the ideals, it is difficult; while if you working in groups, you can think many good ideas. However, you should value your group members' ideal and avoid falling-out with them.

Suggest to change to : if there is an urgent need / if co-operation is necessary, etc.) For example, your company needs to design an advertisement due to the request from your client (no s – you will not use plural for client while you are talking about only 1 advertisement). If only you are the one to think about the ideas, it is difficult; while (no if) you are working in groups, your group can think of many good ideas (Here I change “you can think” to “your group can think” because it is not logical that only you can think of many ideas while you are working in a group. In this case what is the advantage of working in a group ?). However, you should value your group members' ideas and avoid falling-out with them. (Better use ‘arguing” than “falling-out”) Note : you can use “create” to replace “think of"
